Doctors meet with each child daily to evaluate and diagnose their condition and help guide treatment. They can answer any questions and concerns a child, parent or guardian has about the child’s condition, medicine, and treatment.

The Program Director/Psychologist is available Monday through Friday and assists with admissions, assessments, treatment and discharge planning. He is available to talk with patients and their family members, as well as other educational and treatment providers.

Nurses and mental health workers are available 24 hours a day to answer parent or guardian questions and talk with each child. They help provide support for any challenges that may come up during a child’s stay.

Social Workers participate Monday through Friday in each child’s care. They talk with patients, parents or guardians and coordinate care with outpatient treatment providers. They can also answer any questions about follow-up care and discharge plans.

Occupational Therapists and Activity Therapists
provide therapeutic activities and programs. In addition, medical internists, neurologists, speech therapists, and psychologists serve as consultants.
