Description

Participants in this observational study undergo a variety of tests (such as MRIs, PET scans, and spinal taps) over the course of several years to measure biological markers that may be related to Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, participants undergo regular testing of their memory and thinking so that their performance over time can be compared to any changes in specific biological markers for Alzheimer's disease over time.
