Butler Hospital's Memory and Aging Program's expert staff are dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), Vascular Dementia, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), and other disorders that affect memory. We provide comprehensive assessments and the latest treatments for people affected by memory loss.
Working in collaboration with the patient's primary physician to determine the cause of the memory loss and to create a treatment plan, our goal is for patients to function at the highest level possible. The treatment plan may include medication, counseling and education for the patient and family, as well as referrals for services in the community.
