Integrated Therapies Program - FAQs

How long will I attend the program?

The length of time you spend in the program is based on your individual need. We have found patients benefit the most from spending approximately one to two weeks in the program and by making their health and recovery a priority during treatment.

What should I bring with me?

  • Picture identification.
  • Insurance card.
  • List of current medications.
  • Name and contact information for current outpatient providers.
  • Cafeteria services are available for lunch, but you may also bring your lunch from home.

What happens when I'm ready to leave the program?

During the Integrated Therapies Program, a treatment team will work with you, to determine the most helpful plan for your individual needs. Before leaving the program, a discharge instruction sheet, which includes follow-up plans and outpatient appointments, will be provided. Additionally, any prescriptions you may need will be provided to you by your physician.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided, but cafeteria services are available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. You may eat in the cafeteria or in the program space, where there is a room for you to relax and enjoy your lunch. You may also bring your lunch from home.

May I smoke?

Butler Hospital is a smoke-free, tobacco-free campus. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings or on the grounds. If you smoke or use tobacco products, the hospital will provide medications that may aid in smoking cessation or help to manage nicotine withdrawal symptoms. We appreciate your cooperation with our smoke-free policy.
