Our outpatient treatment programs for substance abuse serve youth aged 16 years and older. Youth and adolescents are grouped separately from adults for therapy sessions and peer support to create a safe environment among individuals who are addressing similar life situations related to age.

We work with individuals entering treatment for their substance use disorder for the first time, whether use has been relatively recent or long term. We also understand how relapse, which is common with the disease of addiction, occurs and how to help individuals to re-stabilize. For those with co-occurring diagnosis, our team will help to address mental health issues while teaching coping skills for drug and/or alcohol addiction.

Program features include:

  • Comprehensive medical, psychological and substance use assessment prior to admittance
  • Individualized treatment planning, including supervised dose tapering
  • Dual treatment of mental health issues like depression, anxiety or PTSD that interfere with coping with pain
  • Behavioral based treatment with the ultimate goal of eliminating the use of pain medications when appropriate
  • Balances pain control, improvement in functioning and management of pain symptoms
  • On-going communication with referring physician

Treatment includes a combination of individual and group therapy sessions and visits with your physician. Your doctor may also work with you to stabilization your medication to support your recovery journey.

Services include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Group therapy
  • Education and skill building groups
  • Family therapy
  • Diagnostic testing
  • Medical evaluations and treatment
  • Medication management services
