Description

This study is using oral inosine to try to slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease in those with early PD. Inosine raises serum uric acid, which, by strong epidemiological evidence, is associated with reduced incidence of PD and slow progression. This study lasts approximately 2 years with 16 visits over that time period. This study is sponsored by the Michael J. Fox Foundation
