Nature Medicine has published the latest results from the phase 2/3 clinical trials of gantenerumab and solanezumab for the treatment of those with [Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer's Disease (DIAD)](https://dian.wustl.edu/). The drugs target the amyloid plaques in the brain associated with the development of Alzheimer's. Dr. Stephen Salloway, Director of the Memory and Aging Program at Butler Hospital, was the lead author on the article.
