ActValues

ACT Values

Accountability. Caring. Teamwork.

Our employees have developed and adopted our ACT Values - Accountability, Caring, and Teamwork – to guide our efforts. These values are more than words. They are embedded into our culture.

At each department meeting, we share ACT Value stories to reinforce the practice of these behaviors in everything we do. Our internal, customized management development program teaches executable practices to build on these values. Annual CARE Awards recognize department teams whose initiatives embody these values.
